Set up in 1991, SC Satimpex SRL is the first company in Romania which explored a very new area on the Romanian market: the car tarpaulins made of PVC material with textile insertion.
At first our company consisted in a small building, with few workers, but confident in the future success of their activity. Today, SC Satimpex SRL owns a building of about 2000 sm, and there is a high qualification of the working personnel, this performance being improved in time, because in our team we have employees who were members since the setting up of Satimpex.
In time the range of products that SC Satimpex SRL can do using its technology and equipments was seriously increased. This development could be done due to relationship based on contracts with well known suppliers in this area such as SIOEN, Belgium, MIEDERHOFF, Germany, ILTELLONE, Italy. Thus, begining with the car tarpaulins, the portfolio showing the company’s activity is represented by: tarpaulins for goods transport railway wagons, coverings for large areas, sport fields, shelters for animals, storing houses (warehouses), exhibition pavilions, stages, tents, glass porches, gastro glass porches, banners, advertising panels, plating (veneering) of pools, and basicly any product which can be made out of PVC material with textile insertion and other existent materials in this category. These materials could be extended over a large domains of activity: industry, agriculture, advertising business, and so on.
Vision: Being the first company on the Romanian market in this area, SATIMPEX aims to be leader on the Romanian market in making tarpaulins for cars and for railway wagons, for sport fields, coverings, for glass porches and for all buildings and areas which need (use)this kind of market segment.
